Responsibilities include providing excellent patient care and assisting in all areas of the office. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment are desired. Our Positions
Front Desk
Job Duties: Greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, taking payments
Qualifications: Excellent phone presence and customer service skills, strong organization abilities
Optometric Medical Assistant/Technician
Job Duties: Pretest patients, assist doctor in exam room, record information in electronic health record, perform diagnostic imaging
Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, medical assistance experience is recommended
Optician & Optical Assistants
Job Duties: Fitting and ordering of eyewear, ordering and dispensing of contact lenses, manage optical inventory
Qualifications: Inventory and/or retail management experience is preferred, excellent customer service, detail-oriented, ABO certification preferred
